workout

don't remember how long i haven't do any exercise...
and just by chance i tried to push up for few days ago and i found my body got really older.
i was embarrassed a little bit and made my mind to up for workout.

but always give up in few times then considering how to keep it up...
then started to play minimal techno, not fast one.
slowly one time for 1verse and keep for 20times.

and i posted it on facebook status then got some comments real quick and also found jason posted
"minimal push up and tech crunch"

so why not, tried crunch with tech house as well.
a bit more melodic and has difference in each verse helped me pretty much but also fucking TOUGH !!!

plus another 20times of back extension, my body has been fucked, completely... even since next day.
it means i'm still kinda young but really have to keep it up, keep it up.

but the problem is if i have much musle pain in weekend, it will affect my work.
djing is kinda job need to move in small space and also less motion but that's why more tough coz we won't really feel pain when we move more and faster...... grrrrrrrr


btw, it's just 2nd day but i started to work on a track produce with sharvax a.k.a. jason tsui.
i don't have much skill or knowledge at all yet though he taught me a lot and show me how to build up sounds then made 12track of beats and it sounds quite bad ass techno !!!!!
especially for irregular percuss beats from mistake of copy & paste, it was lucky accident.

good for techno exercise discipline as well, HUSTLE !!!!!!!!!!!!
