i've never been to burning man which is a famous damn hard core party in the states.
ppl gather from all over the world and keep party for 8days at black rock city, the nevada desdeert !!!

flower of life crew who are my favorite djs and vjs in japan have been there like every year now.
i read their long interview about it and totally impressed.

seems many ppl dancing with naked, djing, vjing, singing, any crazy shit...
only i know is there is one rule. "no spactator"
it means ppl stay at party have to express something, can't do nothing.

and this time, i got invited from cookie who organizes magnetic soul, a drumn'bass party in hk.
we're gonna have a meeting and greeting for burning man will be held from 30.aug in this summer.

i'm gonna behind the decks from 12am and play some tribal house and underground disco, may be add some acidy tune.

it will be for 1hour bu bus from luofu, i'm gonna head chang'an in dong guan tmr.
there are some good frds of mine always take care of me a lot.

and we're gonna celebrate our favorite bar 4th anniversary for "discuss".
seems they got some extra soundsystem for party.
it means i have to drive everyone crazy with uplifting tunes !!!

yea, will play some more loungy tume till 11pm and gonna lock off the limit til morning.

where is electronic music tonite?!

friday came again.
lately i work at "where" every friday night.
mostly play mellow and jazzy or middle school hiphop, jazz bossa, balearic disco, deep or soulful house.

and it's been for almost a month.
from tonight, i'll add some more electronic tune but not too much.
i love the atmosphere of the place so will add some more hypnotic tech house, disco dub as well as electro house slightly.

djing at lounge always needs to keep an eye on how ppl feel it... boring with music too mellow or tired of music too loud.
i wanted to make it more confortable to chill out in the beginning but seems some ppl want more dance music.
it always happned but try to see how it works.

djing at club is much much easier for me sometimes coz almost everyone comes to dance.
they definitely want to dance.
but at lounge... there might be a few more kind of feeling ppl have.

a dj better think it deeply.....

anyway, i'll have many more music choice and enjoy my set !!!!!

after beach party

party was still going on.
(my camera was fucked by sands or something at a moment... but revived!!!)



my man frankie lam came with many guys after he finished his party in central.
and until they arrived at beach... i had been playing for 3hours...
funny accident. it was kind of my best set in this few months, haha, after puke !!!

also i was totally impressed with dr.shingo who came to play for frankie's party as guest dj.
as he mentioned, sounds like techno for beach in summer and i was dancing like swimming in sea.
it's hard to expalin but for sure, there is some essense of tribal beats crossover with dope electronic sounds.
it remind me star's of zoo's "omanko" which philipp from m.a.n.d.y. played at dj mag party...

yea, summer is almost comming here...

10days later...

since fucking awesome beach party in lamma... i've stucked in home and also working for some new project.

it was really great i met many nice guys who made me really motivated to work harder.
seeing new people always gives me fresh feeling and makes me wanna go out for somewhere.
we'll see, how long will it take til i can make my ass up !!!
i've already started to make a purpose to go to djing in Guangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai in ths year.

and also will take 2great electronic music producer and dj to my city, fukuoka.
all the information is coming very soon.

Nothing is artificial on this no man beach. Please bring along your surviving items e.g. food, tent, torch, cigarettes, gums, water, sunglasses, etc.


ADMISSION FEE
$300 per person for flows of beer & vodka and it covers a round trip boat service between Yung Shue Wan Pier and the beach in the particular time as mentioned below.

it is on the right out of the gate where you get off from the ferry and you will see our sign there.
about 15 mins ride by speed boat to the hidden partyland!

there is NO boat service from 1AM to 6AM!!

it's harsh but we are doing this party for the crazy peeps who loves rave, music and to support the local DJs like we do.
